Delivery in Ukraine

There are three delivery options available within Ukraine:

  • Self-pickup from our workshop (Kyiv);

  • Nova Poshta;

  • Ukrposhta.

Delivery time depends on the chosen postal service and does not include production time.

  • Shipping cost — according to carrier rates;

  • Free delivery for orders over 30,000 UAH.

 

Production Time

Production time depends on the complexity, number, and size of the figurines, as well as our current workload.

In most cases, the average production time is 3–4 weeks from the date of order.
